Over lunch I went out to Sporting Park and picked up the SCOUTStrong Challenge race packets for my son and me. I have not been out in the area for quite some time and I've never been up close to the arena. I have to say it is an impressive building ... and I never got inside the place.
The folks out there were great and you can already feel the energy behind this event. If you've got Scouting in your past, are currently involved with Scouting, or just need something really cool to do tomorrow morning, come on out! Things get started with the 1/2 marathon at 07:30 and the 5K at 07:45.
